In 2011, 2016, 2017 & 2018 Kate received the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club "Award of Achievement". President’s Sales Club recipients are among an elite group within the real estate profession. Despite the limited inventory, Kate has achieved a level of accomplishment that only 10 percent of Ohio’s real estate professionals have attained as a member of this year's Sales Club.
In 2015, Kate took extensive courses to sit for the Ohio Broker's Exam. She currently is a licensed Broker Realtor and works exclusively in residential sales.
