I would recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell should definitely meet Kate and listen to her. Upon meeting her we decided right away she was the one to give us all the information we needed. Every open house she was early and set up all the signs pointing to the open house . Great communication after the open houses. Very professional. If we buy or sell in the future she is who we will use .
