I have never purchased a house on my own. Kate discussed everything with me in detail. She made sure that I had understood everything needed to know. Kate was very professional in her communication with me and the sellers realtor. She made sure that I was aware of everything that involved the house to include HOA rules within the neighborhood. Kate informed me of closing information needed before the closing date. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone buying or selling.

We meet Kate through our broker and she took us to lunch and explained everything to us and asked a lot of questions about our wishlist and our hard No’s. Then she got to work sending us properties and scheduling our showings. We found our dream house on day 1. She worked through all of the hiccups and one almost crisis with confidence and class and kept us from losing our minds over the big crisis and within 45 days we were got the keys and moved in. I don’t think I would have been able to deal with it all without her. Truly a gem who actually cares more about finding you the right home than pushing you to something more expensive. I want to start by saying that Katie went above and beyond with finding my forever home. We were first time homebuyers and purchased a home sight unseen from across the country. We used modern technology and she was very flexible and included my local family in the process. She was familiar with what we needed and always had our best interest at heart. We closed in 30 days and when we got to Florida we were even more pleased with the house as the pictures and videos did not do enough justice the house was beautiful.. Absolutely outstanding

First time ever buying a home, having absolutely no prior knowledge of the buying process we were left with more questions than awnsers from the VA and the sellers title company. But with the help of Kate and her daughter Julia we were able to keep on top of the documents and timeliness given. Landing us in our dream home days before our original close date and answering any and all questions we had in timely fashion. She will definitely be on the top of our list for any and all home buying and selling!
