Kate performed well above our expectations. The only thing she fell short of was that she told us she felt it would take a month to sell our home. She sold it in 6 days! We had it listed with another company for 5 months. She sold it in 6 days for the same amount we had previously listed it for. she came up with a timeline for us on everything she would do for us. She followed it to a "T". Her marketing strategy was what sold our home. Only listing it for 6 days, she was unable to completely use her strategy, but I feel that's a good point. Kate also went out of her way to act as a go-between for us and the buyer. The buyer was not easy to work with, and Kate ran interference for us with the buyer's agent. She filled us in when needed, but I know she was more involved than we knew. I just wish I would have used Kate from the beginning of our home selling experience, and that was my fault. We would have sold sooner, and not have the headaches of living away from our home until it sold. I would recommend Kate to anyone who is selling their home.

Kate went above & beyond her real estate duties. Our purchase was a cottage ..that we found the day before...it had an accepted offer. She drove up 2 hours and checked out the property for us and was able to show us the beautiful land through FaceTime. We were able to purchase our dream of a cabin & land due to her hard work!!!
