Kate is fantastic! Taking what our must haves were, she found us the perfect listings to consider. We were on a time crunch for selling our old home and closing on the new one. She made everything so easy, made fantastic recommendations, and walked us through the entire process. If we didn’t have Kate on our side, we wouldn’t have our dream home. Kate Rooke is the consummate professional. I am an active duty Army Officer and moving/relocating is never an easy thing. Not only did Kate provide a first class experience for this first-time home buyer, but she also took the time to acclimate my family to the Virginia Beach area. She took her own personal time to show us around, point out important sites for our family, and just made us feel at home in our new location. Kate didn't just "ditch us" after our purchase of the home either. She continued to check in our family making sure that we were comfortable with our new home.
