Good sales price on a difficult sale

We had a lot in Pasadena, TX that was 1 lot over from the freeway. The proximity from highway would limit certain residential applications. Kate was able to sell the property for top dollar and exceeded all expectations. We were fearful that the property would not sell, but instead it sold comfortably for the highest price per sq ft in the area.
