I have been in real estate since 2002. Prior to using Kate in this sale. My experience with realtors let’s say was not impressive. The amount of cost a seller incurs form commissions never equaled the effort given by an agent or broker. Kate was and is the difference maker here. She is the only agent that I have worked with or even heard of that “worked and earned” every dollar of a million plus sale. She knew every detail of the properties improvements. And that was an extensive list. She qualified EVERY buyer with straight forward questions and I was impressed that she vetted all the tire kickers and lookie Lou’s and time waisters. She is direct, fare and no nonsense when dealing and negotiating. Bottom line is…..she makes things happen and doesn’t “sit and wait” for a buyer or agent to come to her. Kate was great, she was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with, she walked us through and simplified the whole buying process. One of the many great things that stood out for me is her attention to details when it was time to sign the paperwork, she pointed out couple of errors on the title company’s end that otherwise would have gone unnoticed that could have created a problem for us down the road, she also demanded the title company to add few points to the contract that would protect our interests as buyers and she would not take NO for an answer, she went above and beyond to make sure that our interests are protected. Thank you Kate for making this a great buying experience and for looking after our own interests. If we are ever in the market again, Kate will be the only agent that we would deal with.
