She understood the local area well, and was also able to give us good insight into the current market conditions, and those things that buyers were truly interested in. We had already moved State when the house went on the market, and Kate was incredibly helpful in co-ordinating things like staging, inspections, and certifications in our absence. It would have been impossible for us to have managed this without her.
