Working with Kate was easy. She hustled and got my house sold in less than 2 months! She was very responsive and gave great advice. I would highly recommend Kate!

"Kate Mast was referred by an acquaintance. Her knowledge of the area and availablility at all times contributed to timely and expeditiously making offers on available properties."

Kate Mast made one of the most stressful things in life stress free. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Navarre or surrounding areas.

Thank you Kate for being the most amazing realtor I’ve ever had the chance to experience buying our first home with. You did such an amazing job and worked so hard to help us find the best house in the most safest neighborhood. I will miss chatting with you and we hope you know how much we truly appreciate all your determination!! 1000000 Thank you’s!!!

Kate was AMAZING! She is very patient and listens to what you want and need. No pressure and is very knowledgeable of the area. Perfect agent for first time buyers! Would recommend her hands down!

Very knowledgeable about the area, professional and military friendly. Helped us make a deal on our first house every step of the way. Se was very patient with our requests and showed us every listing that we mentioned and all the listings she recommended. Would honestly buy another house just do deal with Kate.

Helped me buy my second home in Holley by the Sea. Found all inspectors and coordinated their inspections. Also talked me through my loan including dealing with loan officer and explained each detail.
