First time seller.
Just want to give a huge thumbs up to Kate, for her professionalism, efficiency, knowledge and ease of communication. As a first time seller Kate made the whole process seamless and painless. I even got over the asking. Kate helped me with staging and ideas to maximize pricing. Will definitely use again, soon.
