I have sold and purchased several homes in my lifetime and Kate was far and away the best associate I have ever worked with. She was always proactive and any request or question would be responded to immediately. My previous residence was 4 hours away and she always made herself available and coordinated showings and other visits at my convenience. Her knowledge and communication were outstanding. I truly feel she was as invested and concerned about my purchase as I was. She helped me find an agent for my out-of-town sale and after having done so, she followed up routinely with me and the agent. Kate is exceptional at her job and as a person. Without question, she would be my go-to for my next real estate transaction.
