How do I start? When I found our future house I wanted to see it the very next day (Sunday). Kate contacted us and said that she was more than willing to go on the weekend and see this property with us! This was the first sign that Kate would be a great realtor. When we got to the house we had no previous experience with house buying. We had no idea what we had to look at and what we should pay attention to. Kate explained the step-by-step process on how everything worked and pointed things out that we would otherwise never look at! The knowledge and experience that was provided to us was unbelievable! That day we put in our offer and long story short- we are now a year with our house! A great big thanks to Kate for setting us up with mortgage lenders, lawyer and everyone else we were in contact with. Everyone we spoke to only had the kindest words to say about Kate and we will be the additional voices to the choir that Kate is definitely the only realtor we will go to for our future endeavors! P.S. If you are worried about whether Kate replies to emails or txt quickly, don't be- Kate is an amazing responder- anytime- day/night/weekend or not!
