Dear Leading Research Friends:\r\nDuring my quest for a home by chance, I met Kate Killeen at an open house in Hampden Mass. Just as I had done many times before, I chatted, took a card and said I may respond. I did so and I can say without reservation that it was the best random home buying decision I ever made. I had established relationships with Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and others to name a few. These firms are so numbers driven that they will discard you within weeks if you don't buy something (anything). I called Kate and together we set sail for a long journey to find my home. As a downsizing dad, I wanted a very small home with a spacious property, They exist, but people that have them, keep them. Kate remained with me for months and the day after we found a great home and decided to bid, I lost my job! Kate persevered. Months later (in January) we found a home that has exceeded my expectations. It's old, needs work but is small and has a great vista. Kate probably made little or nothing on this protracted search and eventual transaction. However, she did what she said she would - find me a home. Kate has a rare work ethic with a tenacity far beyond perhaps anyone I have encountered.\r\nKind regards,\r\nGeorge Kuda
