Raised in a real estate family, literally 4th generation, Kate Irvine is thrilled to be listing and selling homes on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay & in Mobile, AL! Kate graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 2001 with a degree in Accounting. She began her career as an accountant with Vornado/Charles E. Smith, a large commercial real estate company in the Washington D.C. area. Longing for home, in 2009 she moved back to the Gulf Coast and began her new career as a commercial real estate agent.
After 6 years in the commercial real estate business, Kate decided it was time to switch her focus and energy towards residential clients. Having a passion for listening to people’s wants, needs & desires in order to help them achieve their home ownership goals, it seemed most fitting and thus she joined Bellator Real Estate & Development. Since joining Bellator in October 2016, Kate has sold over $20M in real estate, obtained several National Association of REALTOR® designations/certificates, completed Leadership Alabama Association of Realtors in 2018 and has held leadership positions on both local and state REALTOR® Boards of Directors.
Born and raised in Daphne, AL, Kate says it is a blessing being able to spend quality time with family and friends participating in church activities, exercising, attending community events or heading to the beach! Kate has participated in several endurance events including St. Jude Runs Memphis to Mobile relay style run, raising money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She is also a sustaining member of Junior League of Mobile and an active member of Impact100 Baldwin County.
