Kate Howell

Kate was great to work with and very helpful. When selling our house she got it done and was able to keep us within the price we wanted to sell at. We worked with her on the buy side as well, and was very helpful when looking at houses and knowing if the price was right.

Kate was instrumental in staying on top of condos for sale that met my requirements in the specific area where I was interested in living. This was especially important in a market we're experiencing where some listings are sold the same day or shortly after they are listed.

Kate has sold one home for me and helped me purchase 2. On all occasions she went above and beyond. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, dedicated, friendly and understanding. On all occasions the prices were fair. I definitely would recommend Kate for any situation.

Kate was wonderful to work with selling our home. She made the process quick and easy, and was so quick to reply to questions we had. Highly recommend her!!
