Kate is amazing! Not only is she the sweetest person ever, she is also so very helpful! This is the second time we have used her to buy a house, and a lot of our family has used her as well. Every single experience we have had with her is perfect! She keeps you up to date on the process and walks you through everything in detail. We love Kate!
