She was an excellent guide through the selling process and very hands- on while preparing the house. Communication was great, from start to finish, and she patiently answered questions and addressed concerns along the way. I began working with Kate for estate sale purposes after the loss of my dad and she did such an excellent job that we entrusted her with the home sale as well, and I'm very thankful for all the work she put in, which led to a successful sale during an otherwise difficult time.
