Kate had helped my friends purchase their condo earlier in the year, so I contacted her per their recommendation. After meeting with her and discussing strategy, I decided to work her based on her market knowledge, strong ethics and authenticity. Kate was very hardworking and accommodating thru the whole listing process and ultimately we did very well on the house. The escrow process was surprisingly a breeze too and we just closed the other day! I would recommend Kate to all buyers and sellers and if I find my way back to the San Diego market, she will 100% be my realtor again.
