She is the best and earns the top agent award! Kate is considerate of everyone's valuable time factor, and is efficient with planning meetings, showings, and touching base. Her texts and emails were professional, accurate and friendly, and she wouldn't hesitate to call when we needed to connect even with not the best of news moments. We additionally appreciate that when there was a more legal question Kate would discuss with her Managing Broker for the correct answers.
