Kate was a pleasure to work with and an expert at guiding us through the process of offers and contracts. She had her finger on the pulse of the inventory and was very in tune with the average price per sq/ft for respective neighborhoods so she understood which listings were good value and potential deals. Her advice helped us to have several of our offers accepted during the process, and eventually one of them was the perfect house. I would recommend Kate to anyone looking in the greater Bellingham area

Working with Kate was fantastic! She is knowledgeable, honest, kind and always quick to respond (even while away for her wedding anniversary)! Kate explained every step of the process and fought for us when things weren’t going in the direction we wanted. THANK YOU KATE for helping us get in to our dream home!

Going with Kate as our realtor was the best decision we could have made. She made the process an enjoyable one and she answered all our questions without hesitation and she was with us through the entire process. She also got us below asking price from someone who wasn’t willing to negotiate. I highly recommend going with Kate as your realtor!

Kate was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to help us sell our house on a time crunch! She paid attention to every detail and made the whole process go smoothly.

Amazing while helping my family to find the right house for us. Very patient, not pushy and extremely helpful with everything related to relocating to a new place. Very nice person and the most important thing is that my family and I felt very comfortable with her service. Trust was extremely important to us. Thanks Kate Fadden.
