Kate was FANTASTIC!! She was extremely responsive to our needs and kept us up to date on the entire process...I was never in the dark. We listed our home with her and within hours of the listing, had a full weekend of showings. She helped us navigate multiple offers as we worked through the pros and cons. After coming to a final decision, she was quick to navigate a fast and convenient close...it couldn't have been easier!
