Kate was awesome! I think my situation was a little more unique than most (purchasing a triple decker using a RIHousing loan with extra requirements). Kate was on top of everything at every step in the entire process, including the Mortgage Originator suddenly leaving for another job in the middle of my mortgage approval. Any questions I had, she could answer, or at least point me in the right direction of where to get an answer. Super helpful during open houses/tours in pointing out things that could be potential red flags, but also work that was done correctly. I was not expecting her Mary Poppins-sized bag of tricks. Flashlights, ladders, washing machine hoses, anything you could think of, she had in order to help check the condition of the properties we saw.
