I could not possibly say enough about how helpful and invaluable a resource Kate was during the search and buying of our home. We had many specific and sometimes seemingly incompatible requirements in finding a home for our family and its unique needs. Kate was the picture of patience and grace through DOZENS of showings and was constantly on the hunt, refining her search to get us to the perfect home. Then in the home stretch as we approached closing, various complications arose (including the ICE STORM OF THE CENTURY) and Kate was faithful above and beyond the call of her role to help us find service people, be a liason, and frankly just calm us down through what could have been a very rocky experience. Kate was quite possibly born selling houses so she has both the wisdom of experience and boundless energy to help you find what you need and get you to the finish line. Kate is great!

Kate was nothing short of amazing! She went WAY above and beyond in helping me with the purchase of my home. Not only did she facilitate the normal course of questions back and forth between me and the seller, but helped with many other aspects as well. For instance, she helped us find exterminators, inspectors, local insurance companies, a local bank, etc. While Kate did not endorse any of these folks, she did give me several options so that I could pick and choose from them. She also helped us get in touch with the right people for our Agriculture exemption on the property as well as the leaseback information here on the lake. She made this transaction SO much smoother than it would have been without her! I think the world of Kate and would HIGHLY recommend her services to others.
