My husband and I moved from California and were buying with both a tight timeline and a specific house in mind. Kate was extraordinarily honest with us throughout the process of buying and even worked with the agents in CA who were selling our old home to make sure the timelines lined up and any hiccups were accounted for. Even as things got a little bumpy with the seller at the end, Kate was always there to step in and make sure she was advocating for us.
