We are so pleased that we chose Kate to help us buy our home! We moved from out of state so it was important that we had a realtor that we could trust. Kate was thorough and responsive. She was great about FaceTiming us while walking through homes and giving us her honest feedback/opinion since we were not there physically to see the properties. She listened to our needs and wants about our future house and was able to come back to those each time we were discussing a property. Kate has a lot of connections in the Grand Rapids community and was able to provide references and suggestions for independent contractors. Kate helped us find our forever home but if we needed to move again, she would be our go-to for sure.
