As a veteran using a veterans home loan benefit, there were some inherent hurdles that my wife and I were facing when attempting to buy a home. She stood up to the mortgage companies and demanded that they perform their duties as they should, and call them out when they attempted to take advantage of us. In the end and after almost a year of going to see houses, talking to Sellers and mortgage companies, bringing our families out to see homes and having to walk away from several opportunities, Kate found the right place for us! She negotiated a great deal that was in our favor and guided us through the process with her magnificent real estate firm behind her. What is most impressive is that our children ask about Kate all the time and she asks about them. She stays in touch from time to time and asks about how our family is doing and shares a bit about herself as well. It may not be a typical Review that I am giving however, I feel that her work certainly warrants a personal touch. She is an excellent realtor and the type of fighter and strong advocate every buyer needs in their corner. My family and I am very happy with this house, and would absolutely call up Kate to buy our next house. She is highly recommended.
