We recently sold our Santa Monica condo, and were extremely happy to have selected Kate Bransfield as our realtor. It’s all too easy to fall into an “us against them” mentality, but Kate views her role as a facilitator of two parties with mutual interests in transferring property. I felt like the whole process was professional, respectful, clear, and easy. Kate and Ashley handled bids for staging the condo and it looked really good prior to the first open house. The photos looked incredible as well, and the listing was really professional. We almost couldn’t even believe it was our place when we saw the photos. We received 15 offers (!) after the first open house, and Kate did a great job explaining to us the details of each offer and providing guidance on which ones were the best to pursue. My wife and I both have busy work schedules, so these phone calls often happened at night and Kate was very accommodating of our schedule. After selecting a final counter-offer, Kate maintained constant communication with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. Quite a few logistics had to fall into place before escrow closed, and the process was always very clear to us. Thanks Kate and Ashley for being so wonderful!
