being a first time home buyer and not knowing anything about what to expect was very stressful. kate was awesome throughout the whole process. she was very patient as i struggled through my options, looking at anything and everything. never once did kate make me feel like i was wasting her time, she was always positive. i would recommend kate to anyone. she is honest and works hard for her clients.
