We had the pleasure of working with Katcina during our recent first-time home-buying journey, and from start to finish it was a truly outstanding experience. Katcina is extremely professional and has a deep understanding of the real estate market as well as connections to related useful industries. Because of this, she is able to advise on a number of different topics which really helped guide us as first-time home buyers. Katcina had great communication and was always ready to advocate for us as buyers. She was also transparent with use about the realities of the different options we had available. Even after close, Katcina went out of her way to make sure we were able to get settled in our new home. I cannot recommend Katcina highly enough, we are forever grateful to her!

We inherited a house in Oregon and live out of state. With her knowledge and expertise she knew the market and was able to guide us the remodeling needed to garner a higher resale value. She was spot on. She kept in contact with us on a regular basis. When an offer and counter offer were made she guided us thru the entire process and 6 weeks later it was a done deal.
