when we called to tell her something or had a question about something she never returned our calls she only would call if it was something she needed answered there wasnt enough emphasis for the seller it seened like evrything was more for the buyer she didnt keep us informed enough so we could make other plans.
She was absolutely outstanding, knowledgeable, always very nice and answered all the questions we had throughout the process. Stayed on top of getting things done and would communicate everything we needed to know to us. I would use her as a realtor again! Very happy with her!
Katarzyna was helpful, professional and timely with our real estate transaction. However, the flyer for the property did have an incorrect description; “NEW appliances”. The appliances were not New (except for microwave). We suggest making sure flyer reflects actual property. All in all we were pleased with Katarzyna.
Kasia sold our home within 1 1/2 weeks! I can't say enough how much we love Kasia. Our Realtor works extremely hard to market and sell our remodeled investment homes very fast and for full asking price. We will continue to use Kasia on every sale.
We weren’t sure how easy it would be to sell our manufactured home on leased land in a 55+ park or get the amount we wanted for it but after Kasia listed it and got it on the MLS it wasn’t too long before we received an all cash offer! Wish we could’ve shaken her hand in person after the sale but thank you!

I called and left a message on a Saturday. I did not expect a return call until Monday. Nowadays with customer service and might even have been the following week. What a surprise to have someone return your call within an hour on a weekend. I was selling a manufactured home but with the professionalism, character, and work ethic I felt like I was selling a $5 million home. I can only describe my experience as great. No better than great exceptional.
