Kat took the time to not only listen to my fiancés wants for our home but went out of her way to work with us to refine our searches. Kat took the time to walk each home we toured side by side with us and getting to know what was important to each of us, and was confident, professional and interested enough to tell us when we were "settling" for a home she knew we wouldn't be happy with. We started this process in May and Kat stuck with us all the way to the closing table yesterday (Aug 29).
