The home inspection and formulating a list of concessions for the seller was really where Kat stood out. She was present during the entire home inspection and subsequent follow ups of other contractors. She wasn't just there as a key holder, she was truly a "Buyers Agent" asking tough questions and not settling for vague answers or sub-par analysis. One plumber, for example essentially, gave us no new information and Kat made sure I didn't have to pay for his poor work.
