When I first decided to sell my house, I was just going to list it for sale by owner and see what happens to try and save the costs on having a realtor do everything for me. The first day I listed my house on Zillow, I got over 100 phone calls and was instantly overwhelmed. I had no idea what the agents were talking about and I had no idea how I was going to manage all of this while also trying to move myself across the US to Michigan. Kat saw my listing and reached out to me. During our initial conversation I told her I was not interested and I wanted to continue to try and do it on my own.
