I just wanted to give a Big shout out to our Wonderful Realtor Kat Jerde. Kat was so professional and friendly, and able to get the price we needed in a time period that worked out great for us. Kat is a person who says what she means and means what she says. From the first phone call I knew that Kat was going to be a good choice to represent us in selling our home in Prescott. Comps were given, the pictures were taken and the sign was put up on our house, all within a couple of days. And just like that, we had an offer. Oh, and the offer was way above asking. Kat took care of everything, guiding us through the sometimes stressful experience of selling a house.
