Simply The Best!

Have you ever found yourself in a real estate transaction with an incredibly accommodating, open, and warm agent on the OPPOSITE side of your transaction? One who made it easy to get all the information you wanted and even facilitated dialogue between parties? Yeah, neither had we until we were the buyers of a property represented by Kat Gelberger. She was so professional, timely, and helpful that we said to her, “If we ever sell this property, we want YOU to be OUR agent!” But, long before that would happen, we became good and immediate friends with her and her husband. We just clicked. Buy a house, get new friends! And, as promised, 4 years later when we decided to move we hired Kat. Once again, she completely exceeded all expectations. She booked the best photographer in record time and marketed our home with such fervor that we had 9 offers in 3 days and closed in under 21 days for the highest sales price our neighborhood has (as of this review) ever seen! She and her team were simply incredible just as they were when we were on the buying end. We closed on the sale of our CA house one day and the purchase of our NV house the very next day and her team had our funds in perfect order and wired exactly on time. It was the smoothest transaction ever. She is, in our opinion, hands down the BEST agent we can imagine in the area and a friend for life! (FWIW, we have been through 14 real estate transactions in our lifetime so we have a little experience.)
