Kat was an exceptional realtor! I swear, I don’t know how she does it. She was so responsive to every single question, phone call, email. She knows so much about New Orleans, and about all the things you need to consider when buying a house in New Orleans. Embarrassed to say, we were so unaware of SO many things you have to weigh out when you’re deciding which part of the city to live in and which type of house to buy. She knows a lot of people in the city, so that was VERY helpful when it came to getting a speedy appraisal and estimate for repairs. This was our first time buying a house, and she navigated us through a very stressful buying process with confidence and ease. And in this market, that says a lot. We really couldn’t have done it without her. We highly suggest using Kat, whether it’s your first or 39th house. You won’t regret it.
