Kasia Kucpura was truly exceptional to work with. It was a no-brainer to hire her as my real estate agent since she used to live in the community that I was moving from. I knew she would have all the knowledge to share with her clients why my condo community was the best in the area and would be able to point out all the perks that the community has to offer. Kasia is also well versed in knowing which communities in the area were in a flood plain zone preventing me from having to pay exorbitant property insurance rates. I did a lot of research on my own and was able to pick out the home that appealed to me the most. Since I own a dog, it was very important to me that the community was dog friendly. Kasia did her homework and ensured that I would be able to bring my dog with me. I met Kasia at the home and she was able to fill me in with all the details regarding the property and what the HOA offered. It filled all the requirements that I was looking for and I made an offer on the spot. Kasia took the reins from there and a few hours later my offer was accepted, and I was on my way to purchasing a new home. Kasia's cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low, and she took me through the steps that I would need to take that led to a very smooth closing. I couldn't be happier in my new home. I owe it to Kasia's invaluable quality of focusing on making sure I was satisfied through the procedure and the outcome.
