We were moving in from out of state and knew very little about the area. She knew the answers to our questions or found out the information we needed. She also has stayed in contact with us and has always been available to help us in any way she could. Kasi went above and beyond helping my mother, who was looking to move to Kerrville. The search took almost six months! She was so patient, positive and persistent that I knew when my husband and I started looking that we would have Kasi help us too. She was on point with the properties that she sent me links to view and it was literally the first house that I physically went to look at that we ended up putting in an offer on and ultimately buying. She was an excellent coach for everything from negotiating the offer to communicating with the loan officer/processor to expedite the approval and underwriting of our loan. She is very knowledgeable did all the work for me which made this a seamless process she asked me what the criteria was for a house that I wanted I flew into town we went and saw all the houses on the list and bought one that night , couldn't have been any easier ... well at least for me lol, I highly recommend her and I will be calling Kasi when I go to purchase my next house and property .

Back in February (2016) my husband and I started looking for houses and Kasi was my Real Estate agent. She was fantastic! Kasi Janz did an excellent job as our real estate agent in selling my 91-year-old father's unoccupied second home 75 miles from her office. In the first place, the house got a full-price offer 10 days after listing, and it closed 4 weeks later without a single problem or delay. On the face of it, one might think that we got lucky, but with asking price being so important in real estate, I have to give Kasi credit for coming up with the price that made the deal move so quickly. Kasi worked hard for my (very old, hard-of-hearing) father and drove 100 miles to bring him the offer for signing. She was very professional in dealing with his deafness and in maintaining daily, uninterrupted communication with us by telephone, text message, and email on the progress of the sale. When the buyer had a question or an issue, Kasi found the answer on her own without having to bother us or helped us work out long-distance solutions.
