My daughter needed to find a home quickly and I had to initially purchase home. Kasey knew time was of the essence and based upon talking to my daughter. convinced her to look at a place my daughter did not want to see after seeing places available that did not meet my daughter's needs. Not only did the final place impress my daughter, but we were also able to get the place at a reasonable price and closed in record time as far as I am concerned. After the passing of my father, we needed to get my mother's home sold to move her up closer to family in Ohio. I met Kasey dunring an open house. I wasn't really all that interested in the home until I spoke with Kasey. Her knowledge about the property and the area help "sell" me on wanting to make an offer on the home. She is easy to talk to and added no pressure to my decision making.
