With her advice (key word, advice, she always left it up to us and our opinion), we were able to choose the perfect house. After searching, we put in the offer and Kasey made it super simple. Within one hour we had negotiated and the house was ours. Throughout the entire process after that she advocated for us when there was a mistake in paper work, ensured we had everything done on time, if not early, and answered any questions we had at nearly any time of the day.
