Karyn was referred to me by a family friend, and I am glad I took their advice! Karyn and her team were extremely professional and only had our best interest in mind. She responded to my initial email within a few minutes and was always available to take a call or answer any of my questions as a 1st time home seller. Karyn explained the process and recommended a selling strategy that perfectly tailored to my requests and price range. Her team took amazing photos of the home and set very professional Zillow page. With all this work Karyn got me a full price/accepted offer on the very 1st showing and the buyer closed on the property soon after!!
