About Karyn

I was born in Toronto, Ontario then moved and lived in Vancouver, BC, Canada until 1992 at which time I married and moved to Bellingham, Washington. I just fell in love with the atmosphere of the city of Bellingham and the appeal of the outdoor activities found in the local and regional lush forest of the Washington state area. Being an outdoor enthusiast, my son and I have enjoyed camping, hiking, and boating creating great memories and adventures our family will always cherish. I became a US citizen while living in Washington State and over the last 25 years I have owned several properties and have been the general contractor for the maintenance and repairs of the houses, buildings, and vacant lands. For 33 years I have been working in the real estate industry. My start began. In 1989 as a real estate assistant with the firm Ladner Downs Barristers & Solicitors in Vancouver, BC. When I moved to Bellingham in 1992, I began working at a local title company as an escrow assistant and then in 2007 I obtained my Limited Practice Officer/Escrow Agent License from the Washington State Bar and have been working as an agent since then. During my time as an Escrow Officer, I have met and worked with several real estate agents and lenders in the industry. In 2022, I decided it was time to move in a new direction in my life and within the real estate field which is why I obtained my License to become a realtor in Washington State. I feel that with all my knowledge and experience I can help buyers and sellers fulfill their dreams of ownership and develop their portfolio(s) of diversified investments and wealth in real estate.
