With 36 years of residential/commercial experience, Kary brought strategies and insights into HOW a buyer will respond to his marketing execution. He blew my mind with accurately pinpointing what would work from timing the sale, to what to improve/what to leave for the next buyer. He was never pushy with me, as a client, nor pushy with potential buyers. I watched a chess master who got 3 buyers in 3 days and 1 who offered $10K over asking. He opted for a pre-escrow ensuring we had no 'surprise' unresolved permits, etc once we were underway. It paved the way for a very smooth transaction and his attention to legalities was unparalleled. When I needed various contractors to make repairs prior to marketing, Kary had a wealth of experts at his fingertips. These contractors rely on Kary's referrals and all respect Kary's job offers. Three times different contractors for different aspects of our home project dropped what they were doing or 'squeezed' us in within 48 hours to complete quality work. Apparently, these contractors know Kary's personality as he would inspect EVERY JOB with a fine tooth comb that is his signature of quality and integrity. I even caught him on three occasions 'fixing' the clean up work of others. Kary knew the property inside and out and spoke fluently about its history and issues. He was transparent with all information and was highly approachable, very accommodating to get answers , and put everyone at ease. I wish I had known Kary two house sales ago. Kary helped my husband and I find our first time buyers home right in the nic of time when another agent we began with almost walked us into a money pit. Kary came in and went above and beyond our expectations and dedicated much time and effort to find us the home that would best suit our needs. We loved all 5yrs we lived in our home on Tahama Street and made many memories. We never had any issues with the home and made some of the best of friends who were neighbors on Tahama. We are forever grateful and will never have to worry about making the wrong decisions regarding the biggest investment of our lives knowing we have him to work along side us.
