Karolyn successfully sold my Merced property in July 2020. The property sold within two weeks as-is and at a price that I'm happy with. Karolyn helped us with the purchase of a home in Merced area for $245,000. We closed our escrow on May 7, 2014. Karolyn was a very knowledgeable Realtor, especially, the housing market in the Merced area. We were very picky in buying home, but we were lucky to work with Karolyn, within couple of days of house hunting, she quickly figured out the kind and requirement of house we wanted, and only showed us the exact houses we wanted to visit. Only within two weeks, she helped us and found a house that met all items on our wish list.
