I can't say enough nice things about Karna. She was an amazing realtor! Buying in Seattle can be really tough, especially for someone who doesn't have a ton of cash lying around. She helped put me in contact with a loan officer and worked to find me the best possible home for my budget. She hustled SO MUCH whenever we wanted a place. I only put in 3 bids, which, for Seattle, is a miracle. And I was glad we didn't wind up getting that first 550 sq ft condo we bid on because Karna managed to get me a superb 950 sq ft condo for even less! No one is better at wheeling and dealing in your best interests than Karna Cristina, and that's a fact.
