We were assigned Karmen as our realtor for a relocation from Detroit to Florida. We didn't understand anything about the American purchasing process or laws & Karmen helped clarify everything as we went through the procedure. We only had a week to view potential homes & the house we were eventually interested in was difficult to get an appointment to view, with an unhelpful, uncommunicative selling realtor. Karmen persisted on our behalf & we managed to view the home meaning we would be in a position to offer on it. She then watched the status of the house which was just going under contract to the 3rd set of buyers. The minute the buyer defaulted on the contract, Karmen had our prepared offer ready & helped us through the very aggressive timeline the seller insisted upon to close on the house. She helped us arrange & also attended our inspections at very short notice. Her advice and support to help us understand the American property market has been invaluable & she has always had time to explain so that we are clear on what we need to know. We chose to go back to Karmen when we decided to go overseas & rent the house out. She helped prepare the home for the publicity shots, assists us to vet potential tenants & provides market updates to see where our home is positioned financially in the current rental market. Again Karmen has been very helpful to us as we are new to renting out a home in the US. She stays in touch & keeps us updated. I feel very lucky to have been assigned such a great person to assist us & I would definitely recommend Karmen for your real estate needs.

Karmen went above and beyond on this sale. She even met with the Condo association on a Saturday before a holiday so we could get approval for the buyer. She did a great job and hope to use her in the future.
