She was absolutely amazing. I had a home that needed to be sold “as is”, sooner being better than later. We were under no delusions regarding the state of it, as its condition had been in decline for a number of years. We had a revision to the initial offering price, then a flood of offers that resulted in a sale at a premium (more than what was asked), all within a period of about two weeks. Simply incredible. She kept me updated constantly and was never out of reach at any time. She is personally charming and instantly makes you feel comfortable that you are doing business with the right person; there is no one else I would want to sell (or buy) a home with.
