Karlyn Hunt is truly the best Real Estate agent I have had the pleasure of working with! My Mother had passed away and I had to sell her condo in Rossmoor, which definitely requires someone that knows all of the procedures and processes when buying or selling in this retirement community. Karlyn provide all of the details and steps for preparing to sell the Rossmoor condo and there were no surprises at the end when the condo sold and escrow closed. It was a difficult time for me with the passing of my Mom, and Karlyn was so pleasant and comforting to work with, I felt like I was working with a close friend or relative, but even better...she was fun too! Karlyn has superb communication and her responsiveness to calls, e-mails, and texts were all responded to in a very timely manner, regardless of the time of day. When the condo sold it was such a huge weight off my shoulders, but I was actually a little sad it was over, as it meant I wouldn't be working with Karlyn anymore. However, what I realized was that even though this part of our relationship was over...I now had a wonderful new friendship!
