She kept our purchase on track with escrow the entire way up until we experienced delays caused by the bank’s inability to handle the “volume of home refinancing” applications that were being submitted - very frustrating. Karlyn was persistent, fighting on our behalf with the broker every day to increase the urgency of our deal and get us to closure. As a caring human, Karlyn even offered to help us find transitional lodging during the gap between our close of escrow and our need to move from our previous housing arrangements. Karlyn Hunt is truly the best Real Estate agent I have had the pleasure of working with! My Mother had passed away and I had to sell her condo in Rossmoor, which definitely requires someone that knows all of the procedures and processes when buying or selling in this retirement community.
