Karly has been an amazing realtor to work with. She has represented us in both buying a new home and selling our previous home. The thing we like the most about her is that she is very honest and transparent with us. If she doesn't think a home is the right fit for you, she will tell you right away and why. She has also made this process so seamless and easy! I feel like we've barely had to do anything for the purchase or sale, and can focus on the the things that are more important to us like organizing, packing, and moving! Lastly Karly was able to help us get our new home significantly under it's listing price while selling our previous home for significantly above listing price (which is a homeowners dream right?!) Karly is the best! We first worked with her in 2012. She helped us buy our home. We were first time buyers and she was so patient with us. We were doing a USDA loan which made it a little more complicated. When we decided it was time to sell we knew we wanted her again! She guided us through the whole process. She is very knowledgeable and always answered all of our questions. If we hadn't been moving out of state we would have wanted her for buying our next house.
